Gala Celebrates Women of Vision

This year’s CMA Gala showcased the two women of vision who made the Claremont Museum of Art a reality. Marguerite McIntosh and Sandy Baldonado were honored along with the opening of our Primal Nature exhibition, a cocktail reception and dinner catered by Spaggi’s, a silent and live auction, a Wine Pull, and music.

Former Los Angeles Times Art Writer Suzanne Muchnic and Mary Fuller Roberts will share personal stories and insights into the life and work of artists Aldo Casanova and James Fuller. These two men, with very different personalities and artistic styles, shared a great friendship as faculty members at Scripps College. They were both inspired by nature and displayed that in their artistic expressions.
