The Claremont Museum of Art (CMA) welcomes your support and commitment as we continue our mission to pay homage to the unique artistic tradition of Claremont and encourage the creativity of budding artists of all ages.
You may donate to the Claremont Museum of Art Fund or our arts education programs online using the Just Give button on this page, or click here to download the donation form and return it with your check to the Claremont Museum of Art, PO Box 1136, Claremont, CA 91711.
CMA is a completely volunteer driven non-profit, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) charitable organization that currently has no full or part time employees. The Museum contracts services with independent contractors to plan and implement its art education and exhibition programming. Museum oversight and events are crewed by a team of top-notch, dedicated volunteers. CMA’s exhibitions and programs are funded and made possible by donors, foundations, corporate sponsors, civic organizations, our Board of Directors and members.
In December 2015, the Claremont Museum of Art entered into a lease agreement with the City of Claremont for the adaptive reuse of the Claremont Depot as a small art museum. Thanks to generous and enthusiastic community support, the museum raised over $150,000 and completed Phase I of the renovation. The museum opened its new gallery space at the Depot on November 20, 2016. Click here to see the complete list of Depot Renovation Fund Donors.
Now we need your support for ongoing museum operations and to continue to provide arts education programs and leadership training to Claremont students. As a non-profit organization, we are also looking for support from local and regional corporations, foundations, and organizations. To learn more about sponsorship opportunities including newsletter visibility and product placement at museum events, contact us at 909 621-3200 or email@example.com.
Please help us achieve our mission to celebrate our community’s rich artistic legacy and promote the cultural vitality of the region.
